I placed an order for carry out; Outback did not get my order correct. (I live 25 minutes away from store). So I asked if they would provide a complimentary appetizer seeing that I have to double back to store for errors that they made.. They would not work with or give me my cash refund despite me bringing the wrongfully cooked items back to store.. (only offered credit or to remake food).. Trash customer service! Got there host said 30 minute wait. Fine we waited 50 minutes still no problem. Server took another 15 minutes to greet us. We placed order and waited another 45 minutes to receive cold pasta and cold steak. Very dissatisfied Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience started off shaky. Thomas and the manager Greta made sure that they provided the service to bring my dining experience back up to par. Making sure that my table didn't leave with a bad experience and that made ALL the difference. I appreciate them correcting any issues that I had. It took just over 45 minutes to get lunch after we ordered. As we stood up and put our coats on,,,the food came out. The table in back of us started complaining about not getting their food after that. You get a lot of ‘your food will be out shortly’ and ‘oh, I’m so sorry’ but no service. My son and husband sat with no drink for the last 50 minutes we were there. At least you don’t get service that constantly checks on you every 5 minutes…because you get no service. We were there at 3pm. This was no rush. Most of the tables were empty. So think carefully if you need to be anywhere after you eat, because you’re gonna be in there for at least an hour and 15 minutes! And if you’re hungry - choose someplace else.
