Hour and a half to walk out without food ever being served. Arrived at 4pm, party of 4. Getting a meal before our movie at 5:30 at theater next door.. Ordered our drinks and appetizers within first 5 minutes. Then our entrees around 15 minutes. Half the appetizers show up half an hour after the first half, and cold. Only offered drinks once. No update in our food. Nothing. At over an hour after sitting without our food we start discussing just leaving money on our table and leaving as we were now only 20 minutes from our movie's start time. Another waitress, who wasn't even our waitress, over hears our conversation and FINALLY someone decides to check on our meal...... at an hour and 15 minutes into this. And over an hour since they took our actual order. Informed its still going to be a few minutes, so we left. Officially at an hour and a half to not get served for a party of four. With no updates or anything from our waitress, who wouldn't even give us our check herself, but passed it off on to someone else. And hour and a half for a $100 bill for two appetizers and 7 beers and no food and apology from the staff. I was a bit disappointed to go eat here, for my 51st Birthday, and both my husband and I picked the 8 oz Filet Mignon with the lobster tail. The waiter came back and told us that they were out of lobster tail so he gave us a shrimp option instead which we agreed upon. Plus they did give us a good discount for the order change. All in all, it was an excellent experience, wonderful wait staff and very good food. Thank you. While the atmosphere is better than Texas Roadhouse (in that you can actually hold a conversation without yelling across the table), the steaks aren't nearly as juicy and good. I thoroughly enjoyed the Barbie shrimp and sides, though, and the service was great. My wife and I are celebrating our son’s second birthday. We got steaks to go so we could enjoy a meal at home. I ordered a medium ribeye. Come to find out it was a thin overcooked excuse of a steak. This tastes like I got it from a gas station. I am so disappointed right now. The cook should get retrained on what medium is and trained on what a ribeye and good sear looks and tastes like. No flavor and it’s just ugly in vision and taste. What a terrible steak. Again NO taste. No good sear. No flavor. It’s the thinnest ugliest thing that you can call food. Looks like whoever cooked it has no business making steaks. I wish I could get a full refund. I paid 32.99 FOR THIS !! What a joke. The food was not good, I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs the came out smelling good but I had to rip the ribs apart and they were way too tough to eat, my husband got the bloom'in chicken, on the menu it is described as a chicken breast on a plate not in a sandwich. Then I decided to get a regular burger it game out burnt. Our server Morgan was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, very understanding and helpful. Had a very happy atmosphere about her, really enjoyed having here as a server . I had not been to this location in a long time, so I was concerned when I arrived. From the outside, I was concerned that this place was not taken care of anymore. It almost looks abandoned. I was meeting people so I had to go in, To my surprise, the service was quick and nice. And even after getting my food , I was very surprised that the quality was still there. I guess the moral of the stories don't judge a book by its cover. But if you know this and you are a restaurant, maybe you want to change the cover of your book. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went on a Saturday night, they were able to get us in right away. Other places had over an hour wait. It did seem pretty busy and the staff seemed a little short handed. They had great service, got what we needed. This was my first time at Outback and overall was a good experience. The waitress was awesome. Delish, long wait but worth it. The blooming onion was a little undercooked and the clam chowder tasted a bit burnt but everything else was 100%. Our server was prompt and accurate and the meal flowed well. We love this place and It would be a 5 but for the mentioned items. Will update after I go next and see if same or better.

I was second time at Outback Steakhouse. In this one first time. My favourite meal is rice with shrimps and broccoli. I like rye bread with butter as a appetizer. Onion french soup is good! Absolutely unacceptable! Made a reservation for 12. They separated us into two separate booths. Then we had to get moved to an actual table for 12. The service was completely rubbish the entire time. Had to ask multiple times for silverware and napkins. Took them an hour past our reservation to get seated and 45 minutes to be able to order food. Had to ask multiple times for missing drinks. And the portions were crazy small. We got half of a blooming onion, No refills, No water glasses, Two hours with no food and no drinks!!! This place is completely trash and I will never return. This location is quickly following the burger king across the way to the out of business sign! If I ever get my food I'll edit the review.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
