My wife and I had lunch at this location, on Saturday. The service was good. Friendly server. However, the food looked and smelled off. Nevertheless, my wife and I shared a couple of dishes. Within a few hours, we both became very sick. Our doctor saw us the next morning and informed us that we had experienced food poisoning. We knew right away that it was the food from outback. Because not only did it taste funny, but it was all we ate that entire day. I have tried reaching out to customer service a number of times. But no luck getting a hold of any one. Even sent them an email. Still nothing. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to that location. And I strongly recommend that any who visits that location, to please not hesitate to return the food, if something seems off. Steak House? My wife ordered the New York strip I ordered the porterhouse. We requested medium well, surprise surprise it was well done and tough as nails. 3/4 inch. Took 40 mins. They were kind enough to ask if we would like our stakes recooked the answer was yes. I suggested that I go in the back and show them how to properly cook steak since I have extensive cooking knowledge that could be beneficial to guarantee the proper outcome of the steaks they were attempting to Cook. The manager suggested that we wait and they will make it right this time and when they brought the steaks they presented it to us and asked us to cut it right in front of them and surprise surprise it was well done again and not only that but I was just curious how is it possible that it could be gray in the middle? Why? Freezer burn or Inexperience? Judging by the New York strip steak that my wife got into being half raw and half well done I would say it was freezer burn. Oh and the manager wanted to do it right again she was very nice. Who would sit there and wait for a third attempt. We opted not to stick around to watch them destroy another steak. Probably one of the toughest most greasy steaks i've had. However the service was excellent. And because of the gristle and fat on my review, someone purchased my meal for me. And that was very grateful. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
