Took a co-worker here for lunch he enjoyed his burger, I had the sirloin steak, it had a little too much black pepper on it for my liking. I really enjoy Outback and never had any issues before. I'm still giving this experience a 5 star review because 9/10× the food is great at a fair price. I will continue going back! Amazing Cesar salads! This was me and my wife’s first time coming to this location and I must admit at first , I thought of it as a regular day. But what a surprise we were in for, Jared was key to getting 5 stars from us ! He was so polite and courteous! Was not bothered by my wife’s constant questions in the menu and was very detailed and informative! I mean he made us feel very important. I’m glad we decided to stop here to eat before leaving to Florida ! I hope the best for Jared , because as far as I know, he was amazing! Thank You JARED ! Only reason I’m leaving this comment was because the gentleman named Diego, was absolutely phenomenal. I was very impressed with his professionalism despite his youthful age. He handled the issue I had with my order with urgency & care. Our family likes Outback’s food & will definitely be coming back more often to experience the service people like Diego offer. FYI my issue was that my lettuce on my burger tasted like feet, please look into this so that no other guest suffers my situation. I've been to this location a few times, and we've always had such a wonderful time and amazing food. What stands out the most here is our server Faith. She has taken care of us twice and has contagious smile and laugh. 10/10 food and service, will continue to come here! We were seated promptly, and our server Cooper Knoll greeted us with a smile, and quickly took our drink and appetizer order. While we sipped our drinks and enjoyed the Bloomin Onion, we made our dinner selections, which were delivered to us at just the right time. I don't normally write reviews when I'm traveling because I haven't built a rapport with any of the staff, but this Outback was different. I guess I had made it pretty obvious that I wasn't in a good mood and that I just wanted to eat, and it felt like Jared made it his personal goal to make sure I left happy. He went above any sort of expectation I would have from someone just doing their job. You could have served me rock and stone on a plate and I still think I would've left satisfied, but the steak was amazing anyway. I will probably come to this place every time I pass through VA.
