Small, delicious bakery just a short walk from the ferry. Long line by 8:15am - Seems to be THE breakfast spot. Loaves of bread plus a variety of sandwiches and pastries. No egg sandwiches - they don't cook egg.

Place was busy both times we went with good reason. Simple PR style sandwiches and pastries, with great iced coffee.
The mortadella is not like the states, it’s reminiscent of the Oscar Meyer salami I had as a kid, in thickness, with some peppercorns sprinkled throughout. I got it two days in a row with Swiss and mayo. Realized after I could’ve asked to add mustard and pickles.
The cubano has a ridiculous amount of meat if you’re looking for a meatier sandwich, sadly got sand on it, so couldn’t eat as much as I wanted to.
Iced coffee was delicious, got it twice.
Second visit they had quesitos and I could finally try one, very tasty.
This spot is also close to the ferry and a great pre beach food pick up.
Would come here again for sure, nice to find an affordable sandwich spot while exploring vieques.

Outstanding guava donuts, great bread, very nice people, good prices. You won't regret a visit.
Back on Vieques. I basically am here every other day. The cinnamon rolls when they have them are OUTSTANDING. The guava and cream cheese Danish, so good. The custard filled horns? My wife who abstains from pastry loves them, though the guava donuts remain her favorite.
