Zachary was AMAZING. Very good at what he does. Greeted us on arrival. Was patient with questions. He was very quick at building the burritos. Knew what he was doing. He got through a long line quickly and efficiently. He even came over and asked how our food was. The store itself wasn’t spotless but, by no means filthy either. Loved the atmosphere here. It still floors me that this location is still in business. It’s just a rotation of rude and listless employees that if you didn’t know any better, you would think they were being held against their will to make your burrito. I never leave reviews but this place is especially bad. Firstly customer service was terrible which I can brush off easily. Just care if the food is good or not. I got a burrito and the rice was either over cooked or old and expired because there were pieces that were quite literally as hard as a rock. Same deal with the chicken. A few pieces here and there were extremely hard and had a very uncomfortable bite. Couldn’t eat it. Complete waste of $12 for just a burrito. Marion - I’ve always wanted to try this place, sadly it was disappointing. Not very clean, way smaller serving than even Moe’s (bowl, chips, queso). Service was nonexistent. I stood at the counter for several minutes as two employees never spoke or welcomed a customer (they were making to go orders), portion size was small, however price point was high especially for the small servings. I don’t recall even a thank you after paying. I ate inside and the table had dried queso on it, floor needed swept. The food was bland, the guacamole had large chunks of avocado (they didn’t even crush it - shows another lack of interest by the staff). Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I’ll be going to Moe’s (over by Target) or Taco Depot (it’s coming to Marion) next time instead. This was thoroughly disappointing. One of the best Pancheros I have ever been to. The employees were friendly, polite, and informative. I asked for a double wrap burrito but one employee suggested I get a "double press" instead and it was a good call. The food was fresh and of a great quality. The dining area was clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed this Pancheros.
