Ordered the baha bowl through GrubHub. I guess this location thinks that because the paying customer isn't there and can't check the order, they can give you whatever. I’ve been recently here moments ago to pick up an order on behalf of Uber. They are delivery, signed, specifically says for DoorDash and Uber drivers to pick up at the register. The young lady saw me come in, did not greet me at all, completely ignored me and continued to help people that arrived in the store. We have been at home sick a friend placed an order for two bowls of soup, not less than two cups bread not wrapped and was to hard to break in general the most disgusting food I've ever received. The food is great, when they fix it correctly (which is rare). It is the worst customer service of any restaurant in the area. If they are out of something, they fix it differently without informing you or offering a replacement. You have to check your order and unwrap all your food before you leave the restaurant. If they mess up, they never admit it and rarely give a refund. So sad because it is one of the only healthier options in the area, but I will not order from this location again. Portions are getting smaller and smaller every time I order. You pay over $3.50 for chicken on a salad and get about 4 small bite size strips of chicken. Management needs a complete overhaul and owners need to be more in the loop about their inexcusably awful customer service.
