I love Panera but not this location. I always pay for extra chicken on my sandwich and this location has never added it. It is tough when you order food to go & it's messed up.It's a problem frequently here when you want to pick up coffee and the person stocking stuff is blocking everything and in no rush to give you access. In my opinion the food is nothing special and way overpriced for what you get. It's a fast food place where you serve yourself. The menu is way too complicated to figure out what you might want and the self serve panels a pain to use. Seating is not comfortable and tables not really clean.
