I ordered food to go and when I picked it up, they had only the meal, not the side or the drink that I ordered. I realized about the side on time but not the drink until I was back at my hotel. I am saying I used to love coming to Panera but their food yes it was good but less than what I expected. Especially for what I pay for the food there should be enough for one person the size of food looked like kids portion disappointed in Panera. We love panera "you pick two" but were really disappointed with the food at this visit. We ordered tomato soup and grilled cheese through the panera app for "grab and go" service and arrived within 5 minutes of when it was said to be ready, but the soup was cold when we got home 5 minutes later, so it's unlikely it was ever very hot. It was also not the smooth and creamy blended soup we usually get, it was more like someone had dumped a can of diced tomatoes in a cup of tomato juice, a very unpleasant texture and it seemed to be missing the basil and other herbs. The grilled cheese was also cold and seemed hastily slapped together, not two pieces of bread stacked on each other, but bread tossed on top of melted cheese that was stuck to the wrapper. Additionally, the side of chips came in a bag with a hole in it, so we didn't trust eating that at all! The other sandwich, a deli turkey, was unusually thin on turkey and not the fresh and meaty sandwich like we had ordered at other locations. Ordered a small hot chocolate and it was pretty sad to say the least .All it tasted like was warm milk…. please stop being cheap on the chocolate not like your not charging a fortune for it already. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
