very slow service…orders are always backed up so you’re waiting at least ANOTHER 10-15 minutes for your order. Need to hire better more competent people. On top of this, always double check your orders because they will get it wrong somehow or another. Drive thru the pick up is also a joke.

They alway mess up my delivery order. You call the store and you just get “sorry we will do better next time”. I finally called there 800 number the girl was very friendly and resolved my issue. Ordered dinner for my family as take out, when I got home and went to eat my Greek salad with chicken; the chicken was frozen in chunks. It looked like a chicken breast because it was literally frozen together. All the slices of the chicken were together hard as a rock. It was so cold that after microwaving it for a minute it was STILL frozen in the middle. Do better Panera, when a family orders dinner and it comes out to be over $70 for all the salads and sandwiches, the last thing we expect is to have FROZEN food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
