This place has gone downhill fast.. there’s a bunch of people all working in the back. No one takes orders it’s all done through kiosk. But that doesn’t make things any faster, had to wait over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup. Then was told the desert I ordered and paid for an hour ago was out of stock and had to wait in another line to get a refund. Inside of store was dirty, dishes all over tables, crumbs, etc. also the sandwich I ordered didn’t come with lettuce it was supposed to. Just some hunks of meat and a few squirts unspread condiments. Prices go up, quality and service go down. Use to come here at least 1 a month spending 50+ dollars.. The only reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 is because the manager reprimanded another employee in front of a room filled with customers and in front of the other employees. Felt so bad for the kid. It’s peaceful going here in the evening as there isn’t many people. Unfortunately, in the mornings, I haven’t been able to get a French toast bagel 🥯 here in a long time (It’s been over a year). And the walnut cream cheese hasn’t been available either. They say that it sells out so quickly even when going in the am. It’s one of the few places open very early in the morning for a quick breakfast treat. Their green apple passion🍏 smoothie is delicious with veggies. The prices went up on everything as some of the sandwiches are not available to be sold in the half and half special with a soup or salad. It gets rung up separately as a whole sandwich without being in a meal. The Greek Salad is my favorite and the hot sandwiches are a great compliment to the cold food. Sometimes, I didn’t receive dressing so be sure to make sure you have it before driving away if using the drive-thru. My loyalty rewards points were reset and I wasn’t sure why. They do not always put in my phone number when I order and there isn’t any access outside for me to add them on from my order. I had horrible experiences at Panera. 1. Not a cheap meal setting. 2. The service was not pleasant: lazy, wait time to order is too long that it should be. 3. They are not pro-active to fill the coffee and hot water in time besides bad service. 4. These experiences seemed to be always here for a dinner time. My husband and I went there for a dinner around 7 pm. There were old and not enough coffee in the pot. In addition, there was no hot water for my tea. To ask these needs, I was lined up waiting for my turn. Just in front of me, there were 2 girls ordering their meals, but they were thinking, discussing, and joking each other that it took more than 5 minutes. However, the worker were waiting until their ordering is done. My meal was already ready to eat before asking hot water and coffee, but I could not start eating and getting colder. When the hot water was served, it was too hot that I had to wait more..... These meals and service were horrible that we may not be there again. Food was good and order was completed quickly. I had never been inside and was pretty confused about the ordering process/pick up area. There isn't any signage to direct you where to start and the staff seemed to expect me to know what to do. The food ended up siting for a little bit because it wasn't clear where it was waiting to be picked up. Thankfully it still tasted good! The gal who took my order got it all wrong. I wanted squash soup and got tomato. The bread I wanted wasn't available anymore and the gal charged me for a full loaf of bread. I was very unsatisfied with the service. I've been coming here fir years and never had this problem. Their needs to be more qualified people taking orders. I don't condemn the gal who took my order but more training is needed for the price I paid for a 2 for deal. I could have gone anywhere but thought soup would be good. Not very good service. Counter staff were very pleasant and helped me decide on lunch. Not busy at all today. The floor staff was very polite and kept busy the whole time I was there. Macaroni and cheese with half a cheese sandwich. (With slices avocado), delicious. Oh yay, took a sweat roll home, to have for breakfast the next day. I'll be back, for sure. I usually enjoy this Panera and have not had any issues. Food is good and it's always clean. They even let my daughter try a soup to see if was something she would like, I appreciated that. I was not a fan of the fact that our food was sitting up at the window ready for a few minutes with no one manning the window. Many other peoples food was ready also. This made my soup barley warm and croutons soggy. I miss how they use to have the food taken to your table. As always, love their bread!!
