Simulation This place was weird. Everyone sat outside, and we were the only ones inside. The whole experience was surreal. Nostalgic tree and pictures inside, but the people felt off. One person came to our table and got us to order, then came back ten minutes later and didn't remember us, even though we were the only people inside. Toilet was also weird because the door didn't close and didn't have a lock. This whole experience added up something that felt like a simulation, and I will remember it for the my whole life. Love this place. Felt like a child there. Was smiling the whole time. Even bought merchandise. Fantastic place! a bit expensive but it’s an experience.

We made a reservation through the restaurant’s own website a day in advance, but when we showed up it turned out it was still “pending”. No explanation or apology for not calling us to say they were full. They gave us a table between the entrance, the bar and the toilet. The service afterwards was great. The pancakes were good too, except for the bacon - that was the saltiest bacon I’ve ever had.

The concept of the restaurant is good and interesting. The idea of having an affordable pancake house in Lisse (close to Keukenhof) is great. However the service was terrible, and mostly rude. The pancakes weren't amongst the best either. The men's toilet was also not very clean.
