The people there are extremely, and the bread is amazing. I've been there two times now, and each time I'm not disappointed! The first time I got some hot dog buns and they were big and amazing and the second time I got some sourdough bread and it was delicious. I highly recommend this bread bakery!!! Wanted to try since I saw this business take over the former cafe on Central Street in Leominster. Recently I was driving by in one of the street. Parking spots in front of the building was open and I decided to pull in. Parking is a bit of an issue because you either need to park on the street or pull into a sort of convoluted space behind the building. In any case, the place was full of Brazilian breads and other treats, as well as some sandwiches. I I selected different items that looked interesting including some sweet breads and a layered pudding. A few different people try the items and while different than any type of bread or sweet bread previously had, the items refresh and delicious. I would have likely purchased more if the different items available. Had a little sign that described what they are. I had to ask the clerk behind the counter what exactly everything was and I didn't want to take up too much of her time. Places tiny and a little cramped, but clearly a lot of love goes into the food and the baking. Baking. Definitely worth a stop.
