This was our second time ordering takeout over the past month and both times we were very disappointed in the food. I ordered a Caesar salad with sweet chili chicken fingers. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and the dressing decent but the chicken was inedible tiny hard chunks of overcooked chicken bits, mostly breading. I was hard pressed to find any chicken, nothing resembling a chicken “finger”. Tonight I ordered a pizza with eggplant, olives and onions. The pizza has the thinnest crust I have ever had - nothing like pizzas we have ordered in the past. It was an 1/8” thick. Probably won’t be ordering from Pat’s again anytime soon. Overall I'm very upset. At the quality in yall foid u put out on weekends. I'd spoke with a girl but no 1 else she said boss owner always replaces food or $$ . He'll call you back later tomorrow* (*it was friday rhe 13th . Seeing the dtrain in.stagfs ability to put out massive #'s ik i Doubt I'd get a y call let alone the day after on a Saturday night) Wed gotten.2 large pizzas pepperonni / Xtra cheese .then we got 5 small pizzas . Of them #5 #1 wasnt cremated but it was woth xx sauce like the prep cook read= light sauce and said ok ill give this 1 and that 1 double &triple the sauce . I was beyond pissed I didn't document pizza before I threw everything but 1 off my.porch like frizb3es Maybe ill just go.in and in presenting the situation not 1.returned call so ima go to media online . I've been told someone will call u back 2 times both took # . We ordered 30.min prior to close . After that there phone is off hook . I totally disgusted in knowing a buisness is essentially take take take..for us and community benefits. Amd not in the discussing of the handling In. any & all issues .pizza buisness.. I'd talked to and assured my mom inlaw on the food !!! She was anticipating Perfect pizza . To inturn get over there! Pick up . Soggy middled pizza with a hard ring . Not checking in 1st place is my fault . However how do you send out so.many pies screwed up ?? X2 I'll be in tonight to place same order. I'll plan to pay for the extra 1 I add . In speaking with them they're gonna comp the screw up .or they'll eat it because I'll go else we re & be appreciated.
