I cannot rate the atmosphere as I've not eaten inside since the sit-down area been rearranged. The only reason I haven't rated the food excellent is because I've only ordered the pizza and can't speak to anything else. By itself, I personally love the pizza. I ordered from the Orono location for YEARS and the taste for Hampden is the same. Counter service was take-out pick-up is friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend the pizza. Ordered a pizza via phone. It was not ready or even being made 20 minutes after they said it would be ready, they had no record of my order at all. The person I spoke to implied I may have called the wrong location. I knew I hadn’t, but later I double checked the number I called and confirmed it was Pat‘s Pizza in Hampden’s number. To her credit, she offered to put the order in but I did not have time to wait. I could see the staff goofing around in the kitchen too and it’s not like the place was super busy so I’m not sure how they forgot to put the order in. Either way, I’m pretty disappointed by the poor customer service at this location. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1
