I have to give it a overall 2 because the owner is cheap and makes customers pay to use a debt card or credit card at a 3.5 percent added to your bill when he can find it cheaper if he was to look harder for it.As far as the restaurant goes. The owner needs to open at 6 instead of 8 30 in this town there are a bunch of farmers that would like to have coffee and food at 6 instead of the middle of the day for them.
