Attempted to order today. 40 minutes later, I attempted to get an update on my order as multiple people who ordered in front of me had received their orders but couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me for another 10 minutes. Ended up cancelling my order and got the exact same order within a few minutes at Paris Baguette 5 minutes away.

They expanded the dining area but the place is still slammin. Waited over 30 minutes for my white chocolate mocha to come out because the were busy working on a big office order of 10 plus drinks. They should have assigned one barista to handle that big order and another to handle the single ones. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
