The service was friendly enough.. kinda slow and it was not busy.. the Eggs Benedict was good however the hollandaise sauce was curdled not smooth.. the egg could have been cooked about 2 minutes longer.. seating was clean and so was the ladies restroom.. may go back during the weekend sometime to try the Prime Rib.. The staff was lovely! Super friendly and accommodating. Very clean! You could touch the menus and not get sticky. Quick service even when the restaurant was super busy. Great food and service. I will drive farther to go to the Monticello Perkins. DON'T go to Buffalo's Perkins. Waited 2 hours for our food, was cold when served waitress ignored our table of 5, and the manager didn't care. If you want good, hot food, and great service, GO TO MONTICELLO'S Perkins!! This Monticello Corporate Perkins has the best service and top notch food quality and presentation. This location offerred the Veterans Day breakfast, whereas the Elk River location refused as it was not corporate. The eggs in the omelette layers were so thin and perfectly folded, very impressive. They have a Prime Rib Holiday menu, along with many Holiday desserts, so we will be back again and again.
