I love this Coffee shop! I have been through all of the coffee shops on the coast and no one has a friendlier staff, a better tasting menu, and some of the best coffee around! I recently met some out of state clients for coffee and to discuss their real estate needs at Perks. It was the perfect location and the ambiance was quaint and quiet.
