They must have been having a bad day Went and got 2 pretzels and they where all torn up and broken apart I should have said something about it but oh well I won’t be back here again Food: 1 Service: 1

Thank you to the staff and manager who took the order I placed incorrectly (wrong date) and made fresh pretzels on the spot in under 10 mins. Greatly appreciated!!!

After meeting the owner and how nice that he is I unfortunately cannot endorse anyone going to this location because of the people who work there. My wife showed up to get 5 pretzels at 12 pm there was a long line and she went back at 2 pm as they were closing the drive thru we asked if they were closing snd the gentlemen said no. We’ve been asked if she would still be able to get five pretzels. He said very politely yes 5 is no problem. And she went in and got in line, only to be told if she did not have an order in there are none for sale. Twice blown off after saying they would have pretzels for sale. And before someone may comment, super bowl day or not, if you are not capable of taking walk ins even for 5 pretzels. Put up a sign that you are only catering to online orders and such. This is not the only negative experience that we have had at this location, but it will be our last.

I've ordered quite a few party trays from this location in the past few years but felt like I had to write a review about my most recent visit.. I placed an order for 100 pretzels to pick up on Halloween.. I stopped in at 3pm and was told they just went into the oven.. I waited inside for them since I had my one year old with me.. I was making conversation with the employee (I think his name was Will?) and realized he was the only one working that day.. In the 20min I was there, he was handling my order, prepping other orders, taking care of drive-thru orders plus a few customers after me, and taking phone orders.. Once he finished with my order, he asked if I wanted to pull my car up out front so he could bring everything out and put them in the trunk for me.. I definitely appreciated that considering it had just started raining, I had to carry my kid to the car, and get her in the car seat.. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.. I appreciate it!..

Real nice duo of guys working august 13th. I didn’t catch their names but when I went in there at 12P, they were killing it and working hard with the drive thru and service desk. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. My first experience with this place and I’d definitely come back!

Cannot believe on a Saturday, football weekend, you have no mini or regular pretzels ready for sale at 11:45 in the morning. Business must be good but you have lost mine...

This place ALWAYS does an awesome job 👏 pretzels are always fresh and hot and the staff are always friendly and helpful! They even offered me a free warm pretzel while I waited, great place!!
