This is my favorite pho place. I’ve tried many pho places but none meet my standards only big pho bowl! The cook is a sweet older women and you can tell that she puts love into her food. Best Pho I've ever tried. Plenty of noodle and a good amount of beef. We've been here many times. Staff is always warm and appreciative. Once we arrived minutes before closing, no problem they said. Best pho in the north dfw, Dallas / Fort Worth area. I also had their spring rolls and Thai milk tea but I ate them so fast. I will absolutely be coming here as long as I live in DFW. It was good food, but I would prefer full service. You have to pay at the counter so remember your number. It felt impersonal. Lots of people came and went and picked up food. Pro tip: ask for the chili paste and sauces while the server is there, they were not at the table and were not offered. I'd recommend they maybe offer to make suggestions on how to season and eat the food. We asked, but the ladies could have been more forthcoming to newbies. And plastic dishes are not my favorite. I'd also recommend a hook for purses in the bathroom. It did have a surface to put a purse on, so that was good.

Not gonna lie, when I decided to look for a good pho place and started reading reviews for Pho Big Bowl, my wife and I saw the negative review and the manager's response and immediately knew where we were going. We love to support local businesses who stand up to punks and this 3 like that. That out of the way, our food was fantastic. I got the spicy bowl (p13?) and we shared crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was delicious and the staff were phenomenal. Will definitely be back.
