Of all the restaurants I've tried Pho, this is the absolute best! The depth of flavor in the broth is perfect. The serving sizes are generous and the entire staff are kind and attentive. They honestly don’t deserve 1 star. Didn’t even get served, we literally sat there for 20mins and not one order was taken. We understand if you’re understaffed but they didn’t even pay attention to us or didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. We literally just had water…yea, no. So badly I’ve experienced, would you eat this vegetable like this? When he brought out I thought he’s doing purposely. How could you serve this to customers generally. The pho is so salty and the services was Awful. Punch of kids, they seem not really training enough to serve. The food and service was great! I had the fried pork egg rolls (A1) and the combination bowl (B1), both of which were delicious. The only criticism I have is that, once we were done with our food, we had to go up to the host stand to ask our server for boxes and our check. The server didn’t seem to return our table after we were done eating. I noticed a number of customers do the same thing. I am not sure if that is the typical process but if so they should inform the customer that once they are done eating they can go to the host stand to pay for their check and get boxes.
