The man working the register was clearly high on meth! Sweating, and confused. Had lots of trouble ringing me up denying help from the manager. I hope he doesn’t prepare food! I'm not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut as a national company, but their"product" and customer experience has FALLEN WAAAAAAAAY OFF. So, first, when you call to place an order, you get connected to a foreign "call center" where they can BARELY speak english. So, since that didn't work, I tried to go to the website. Ordering on the website was absolutely terrible and took nearly an hour of reloading and refreshing the site and trying to complete the order. Whoever is in charge, nationally..... YOU ARE MAKING THE WRONG CHOICES!!!!!!! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Seriously....3 pieces of chicken and i think they forgot the alferdo sauce for the Chicken Alferdo. As for the pizza...its no wonder they give dipping sauce..there's little to no sauce on the pizza. Very disappointed.

We haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a couple of years now, due to the quality going down hill so badly. Well, last weekend I talked my husband into ordering again, just to give it one more shot. And it was fantastic! Just like the Pizza Hut we remembered from years ago. So this Friday, I asked him if he wanted to order it again and he answered with an immediate YES! I’m now regretting even considering the idea. Cause the order was delivered 15 minutes later than the listed delivery time, even though live less than 5 minutes from the store. The pizzas were very skimpy on cheese and half burnt, and the cheese sticks were barely even cooked. Like they were so undercooked that I wouldn’t let my son eat them for fear it would make him sick. So I guess it will be another few years before we order from there again. Such a let down after the phenomenal food we got last weekend.

We order online for the best experience. The food is always prepared to our expectations. Food is delicious, hot and always ready on pickup.

Id give zero stars if possible. We waited 20 mins before sitting at the drive through window for another 30 mins and was completley ignored. When we asked to speak with the manager a young guy, obviously high came to the window and did nothing. Thanks

What the heck happened to this location? I get a pizza from you every week. But this week it was horrible. The pizza tasted as if it had been reheated. The crust was hard as rock. The extra pepperoni was hardly there and it was barely edible. This was MY Pizza Hut and it’s gone downhill. The store was dirty and the glass at the pickup window was covered in grease. I don’t want to go to Ironton but I may have to until you guys fix the store.

My daughter went for a sleep over with her grandparents and they ordered from this place. The delivery took two and a half hours. When they finally were able to get through to a manager on the phone they were spoken to very rudely. Something along the lines of 'we are backed up and your pizza will get there when it gets there.' in a very brusque tone. No apology at all. Now, they ordered this pizza so that by the time it got there my daughter would be ready to eat. However, since it took so long, they had to eat something else. If you have a six year old in your life who loves pizza, you understand the issue. Not to mention no one should have to wait that long or be spoken to so rudely. Oh, and the pizza was cold when they did finally get it. Because of their terrible handling of the situation they have lost the business of myself and my parents.

This is the second time recently I have placed an order was given an estimate of 25 -35 minutes to end up waiting double the time. When I attempt to call Pizza Hut locally the phone would ring 20 plus times then go to a dial tone. Tonight after fourth attempt I had someone by the name of Mike answer to say they are really backed up but my Pizza is out for delivery should be here in 10 min. I asked how long has it been out for delivery Mike answered with we have been backed up it will get there when we get it there. This will be the last time I use this store . And still waiting Mike it has been 1 1/2 since I placed my order.
