Simple things even under NEW management. I ordered EXTRA EXTRA SAUCE and ....nothing, bone dry again for the third time. You have to listen to a two minute pitch about working for pizza hut before anyone answers the phone for your order, then I was sent to a call center...and THEN I was transferred to the local Hut for my order. SMH. No thank you. IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS SINCE MY LAST REVIEW AND I JUST $OVER $70 FOR TWO PIZZAS AND 2 SANDWICHES. I'm just done.

App ordered $70 in food for delivery including $1.50 for two ranch dips but only received one. I understand ppl make mistakes and ppl forget sometimes but I don’t understand after paying for delivery and giving a good tip then driving myself up to the restaurant the staff couldn’t be apologetic. Seriously the 5th time this has happened to us we order food we don’t get what we order we get our cold 30-60 minutes after it’s “out for delivery” I tried calling today and got the run around no answer at all!!! Our food is cold and missing yet again half of what we ordered! I want to speak with management not the shift lead this is horrible service!
