Arrived just after 5PM and was informed no take out allowed despite watching a guy walking out with 2 boxed Pizzas on his own. 🤔 We usually have a larger group of ~10 people and the limited outdoor seating makes eating at the restaurant impractical at best. (We've struggled to get seating for 4-5 in past years) Food might be very good (it was the last time. we managed to visit ~4 years ago) , but if you have more than 4 or 5 people in your group, the odds are against you. 😢 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Worst restaurant experience ever. The place is dingy and depressing. Ordered 2 drinks and a pizza, and immediately asked for the time to get the food. After they said 45 minutes, we immediately asked for our money back. The exceedingly rude counter person refused. Then, after our insistence, agreed to refund just the money for the pizza. They forced us to buy over-priced watered-down drinks for $24, and they couldn't have more billeregent. Only go here if you want a stain on your time in St John. tasty hard crust pizza with no flop. Right on the water. No takeout so make sure you know that. Dave Portnoy would rate this a 7.9 i bet

Calzones are enormous and so delicious, even reheated leftovers had us raving a second time. It wasn’t very busy when I went to get our take away, so I can’t speak to service issues mentioned by others. My experience was great - staff were friendly, attentive, and made us look forward to visiting again before we leave the island.

An evening that started with anticipation turned into a saga of incompetence and disrespect. Despite waiting for an eternity, our order seemed to have vanished into thin air. Even after providing clues and reminders, the staff struggled to recall, showing a baffling lack of basic memory or care. The excuses offered were as rehearsed as they were feeble. And to top it off, the demand for extra payment for a pre-paid item was the final insult in a litany of errors. Disappointment doesn't quite capture the frustration and disregard experienced.
