Not only was the service amazing the food was incredibly authentic! I have to recommend the Pinsa (think pizza but better) and the Fettuccine Alfredo (the noodles are next level, based on the fettuccine I'd be comfortable recommending any of the pastas!) We dined in, 3 out of 4 of us had great food, my husbands pizza was brought out incorrect 4 times. The service was horrific. The tables on both sides of us were complaining to the server about their food as service as well. The server said he would take 1 beer off our tab as the 3 of us were finished eating before my husband finally got his food. We asked for Parmesan and didn’t get it. Didn’t get refills on drinks, had to ask for silverware. After dinner he asked us to leave so he could seat another group. There were 2 empty tables next to ours. Then I went to tell the manager of our experience and he asked us to tell the owner. So he went and got Federico and he wouldn’t even let us explain what happened, even the manager was trying to tell him and the owner wouldn’t listen.
