This Popeyes is terrible and orders are not correct half the time. Besides from the staff drinking and smoking while doors are looked, they don’t even get your order right or even put sauce nor silverware in the bag. I am a law enforcement officer and was at the Harvey location. My server's name was Valecia.i want to say her custom service was Amazing. She was extremely nice, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about her job. I would highly recommend this location especially if she is there. Definitely 5 stars for her customer service. I live in the area and had not been in this particular Popeyes in a long time because of the service previous owners provided. But I'm going in recently and the food was excellent. The biscuits were really buttered and everything was hot and the service was really good. I'm glad whoever's running the place now has stepped up the game.
