Horrible experience, we placed an order and they refused to give us what we wanted because “that's all they cooked.” Mind you its only 5:00 pm, if I'm going to pay out of my pockets I want what I asked for. There were also people out of uniform with no gloves on. It also tasted like it was just refried.

One of the rudest places I’ve been to… couldn’t even get my order in because the lady at the windows kept shutting the door. I’m sorry but if you have a job and you make people feel like their inconveniencing you, you should get a new job. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

I’m a truck driver I went there for first time. Food was terrible and old. I bought 2 3 piece combo and the chicken looked abused. I brought the food back and asked for a refund I was told I would be back at the account. Well I knew she was lying. It’s been almost a week and no refund. Stay away from this place.

One of the employees had on a jogger. The speaker box don’t work to order. They gave us the wrong order. We were told they were out of chicken after the fact. Do not eat from this place. No season. The sugar very lumpy and old. Run.

Everything I come in here, they're out of something. It's 12:20 in the afternoon and they have almost no chicken cooked. They're out of spicy bone in, coleslaw, tea,ice and receipt paper. Even some of the spice jars on the dining area are empty. Ive never seen that before. According to the cashier, they're out of a lot more than that. No wonder they have only 2.3 stars. This is the worst Popeyes I've ever dealt with. And I've been to quite a few. The cashier was awesome. Don't know her name, because apparently they're also out of name tags

Very blah Popeyes experience. The 3pc dinner with bone in chicken only came with a thigh, wing and a leg. She said I had to get all white which was breast and 2 wings? I opted for boneless and they were the smallest! 2 bites each! Biscuits and the potatoes and gravy were good.
Should have gone to Chester’s at the truck stop.
Wow. Just read a 2 month old review about a faulty menu screen that’s STILL messed up.

I went there last night between 7:30 and 8:00 the lobby was closed I had to get them to open it while I can go in because I'm a truck driver they had no chicken other than chicken strips that was hot on the outside but rubbery and hard on the inside no chicken sandwich and the only side they had was french fries the kitchen was clean and all the old chicken was still laying out in two boxes about 50 to 100 pieces all the extra sides were out about 15 different sides there were about four to five people working the bins were clean and shiny they were ready to leave when I got there this place sucked to be honest I will give them a minus five stars they lied about everything they just did not want to do their job including the manager that was working believe me I will tell everybody not to go there

To the guy who was there yesterday 1st no one wants to see your but while you are trying to get people's food together, maybe if you pulled your pants up you could move around or even concentrate on the orders, took forever and still got the order wrong, addressed every customer as boss man or bro man. The ladies in the drive through offered to help him get caught up but he refused there help while there were people standing over 20 minutes without even placing orders

Having never eaten at a Popeyes and having seen the many TV ads, we decided to stop on our way to the beach. Sorry to say we were disappointed. The service was not helpful at all being further aggravated by a unreadable flashing digital menu screen. We thought we ordered chick strips, but received a 3-piece chicken dinner instead. Since we wanted to keep to our schedule, we decided to accept what was prepared. Whoa, too greasy and we thought this was going to be a cajun, spicy batter. Not so! In later looking at an online menu, it appears there is a choice, but our server did not ask. She seems more preoccupied with carrying on a conversation with her coworkers. Anyway, not a good experience and thus, we think we will stick to Bojangles from now on.
