I came to your Bramalea and Sandalwood location on Friday Feb 09 2024 around 7:00pm.I asked for the 3 for 8 chicken special, the cashier told me the deal is no longer valid, however there is a sign behind her advertising the 3 for 8 chicken special (photo is attached below). She told me that they have been in contact with the Popeyes advising team to get the ad taken down. If that was the case by law they should have a sign stating that or they must honour the special. She told me she could not honor the deal, so I asked to speak with the Manager. The manager on duty I believe his name started with a "J" he was very rude and not willing to help at all. I explained to him that it is illegal to falsely advertise something. The manager then told me the deal is no longer valid at any Popeyes location. I left the restaurant very upset and dissatisfied. I had then went to a different Popeyes location on Queen St. East West Brampton. I asked for the 3 for 8 chicken special and I was giving it with no further complications. very bad customer service will never go back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never coming here again. This location always disappoints. This was a waste of my money and time. They never added 2 sandwiches in the order and whenever I tried to check, the worker kept insisting there wasn't anything missing in my order. 2 sandwiches are extremely expensive and I never got a refund or anything. Overall the worker was very rude. Would rate a 0 if I could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location always disappoints. The classic Popeyes biscuit is supposed to be buttery and a golden colour. As you can see from this picture, I received an almost raw biscuit which tasted like cardboard. There’s also this one specific female employee who is just so cheap when she makes the order. For the chicken wings she drizzles the sauce on whereas the wings should be tossed in sauce. She made my mashed potatoes and you can see the tiny amount of gravy. Not sure what her name is but I’ll update the review with it. Urging management to retrain their employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Pushpa was awesome, her accuracy, efficiency, and well mannerisms made me want to do this review immediately. I was impressed by her amazing customer service. She also gave me fresh hot food and didn't sell me stale food. Thank you for the great service.
