I went to Poseidon today for the first time. My boyfriend and I split the cheesesteak and the vodka pie. My only regret is that I didn’t get my own cheesesteak. Being from South Philly I would NEVER order a cheesesteak out of the city but I am glad I did- it was so good! The service was quick and all of the food was delicious. I definitely will be back! I ordered a white veggie pizza. The sauce looked like a paste and the cheese wasn't even melted. The dough was raw. They offered to refund me though. Had a fabulous family night at Poseidon Pizza tonight! Totally enjoyed the chicken parm sandwich and meat lovers pizza! The little ones loved the chicken fingers and fries! The entire team demonstrated hospitality the whole time we were there and they were busy but still managed to handle the take out orders and all of us! Such a great vibe too!! All of the pizza is top notch, with a light and fluffy crust, and always piping hot out of the oven. The staff is always so kind every time I walk into the restaurant as well. I would eat here every day if I had the money for it. I highly recommend the Magic Mushroom pie, as it blows any other mushroom pie I have ever had out of the water. We went for lunch today and everything was amazing! We had the margarita pizza, Caesar salad and the south Philly sandwich. The owner, Pat was there and was so nice! Best Pizza in Delco! I’ve been on the hunt for a thinner crust pizza and this blew my mind! Chicken ranch pizza was insane, but the vodka pizza, omg. The best. Hands down. Amazing and quick service. Fabulous Fall Flavors!! We tried all of the new specials and added in some of our favorites from the regular menu. If you are a pumpkin fan you MUST try the pumpkin pizza. The addition of honey just takes it over the top. We loved the butternut squash risotto with the crab cake as well. I mean look at that plating! Are we sure this is a pizza shop and not a restaurant?! Make Poseidon your next lunch or dinner! Maybe even a weekly staple if you’re close by. I was very excited to try this new place. I ordered cheese/pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, and meatball sandwich. Their dough is tasty as other reviews said. Overall, pizza is just above the average. However very disappointed with chicken wings and meatball sandwich. Chick wings were just before burnt. Meatball and sandwich bread were very soggy. It tasted like meatball porridge. My son who is a meatball lover spitted it out after the first bite. We threw it away. Also i wish they have better customer services.. the woman who took the call was very unpleasant.
