I had the pleasure of having Nicoletta prepare floral cupcakes for a 60th birthday party. Not only did they look beautiful, they also tasted delicious.

I was very pleased with my child’s Baby Shark birthday cake. The cake was designed beautifully and tasted delicious too. We got a strawberry cake and the strawberry flavor was very vibrant and moist. All my guests complimented the cake appearance and flavor. I will be returning again for future cake orders, for sure!

I was gifted an absolutely gorgeous and stunning velvet cake. It was made beautifully with one of the most gorgeous decoration and frosting. The cake was enriched in taste, decadent, had the perfect amount of frosting, neither more nor less, moist, buttery, rich, tender, soft, not too sweet and extremely well balanced. The frosting melted in your mouth. Everything looked uniform and cohesive. You can definitely tell it was made from quality ingredients. Absolutely delicious and excellent presentation. What a creative professional and someone who is obviously skilled in her craft. It is also clear that Nicoletta puts a lot of care and love into what she does. Her custom cakes are memorable not only for their appearance but also for their taste. My boyfriend and I were completely blown away by her level of talent, professionalism, skill, and creativity. Her attention to details exceeded our expectations and the quality and aesthetics is truly one of a kind. Even after a few days, the cake retained its amazing flavor. Highly impressed, and extremely pleased. Thank you for adding on such special lasting memories for my birthday and thank you for spelling my name correctly! :)
