I love having prime rib and this place Makes it special. Fun to take friends that have never been and watch them get excited for the options for sides and the great salad bar. Service was excellent and the prime rib was excellent. Both Javier and James did an excellent job making us feel like we were the only couple in the place. Nothing but good things to say about the place! We will be doing this again! For $29.00 with all they offer I can’t complain and will go back.. the prime rib is very low quality. There again for the money they can’t serve USDA prime. I would however would be happy to pay $10.00 more for choice. Thank god they cook it in a Alta sham over night as well as pin the heck out of it so it’s tender. Good seasoning gives it flavor. The dark yellow fat however gives it away. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I heard good things about The Prime Rib Room and decided it would be worth a try while visiting Laughlin. The perfectly cooked prime rib was the best we ever had. The salad bar was fresh with good dressings. The available side dishes were average. The view of the river is outstanding and the service was excellent. Overall this is a great restaurant with very reasonable prices. If you like Prime Rib, definitely give The Prime Rib Room a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My great grand daughter near Laughlin. My daughter and I like to stay at the Riverside and have some time to ourselves and then we pick up our great grand daughter and she stays with us. We have fun at the arcade, bowling, riding the outside elevator and other things. This year we decided to have Thanksgiving dinner at the Prime Rib Room. We were treated like royalty. The food was great and there was plenty of it. First and last time I didn't have a traditional Thanksgiving at home but due to no fault of The Riverside and Prime Rib Room. Just missed doing it at home. I recommend to anyone to enjoy this dining experience. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Dated but you feel like you went somewhere when you come here. Similar to a Midwestern supper club. Pro tip - ask for a seat by the window... perfect ending to an evening. Prime rib is excellent. Sides and salad are OK. But you are visiting for the prime rib. Iced tea is great here, highly recommend. Service is excellent and you'll feel taken care of. Really any venue at the Riverside you can't go wrong with but this is a real treat. We’ve been wanting to check this place out since April after hearing all of the great reviews about it. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Asked for a medium cooked piece of prime rib only to be served a very raw piece. When I politely asked them to fix it, I was promptly served with a piece so well done that I could not chew it. After letting a manager know that we were not happy with her experience, we were asked to come back to give them a second chance, but we do not plan to.

Great experience! Dana, at the reception desk was polite, fun and professional. The food was incredible. The view was amazing. The pricing for everything was very reasonable. ( And a movie too !!!) Prime Rib Room, inside Riverside, on second floor, is always a favorite place to go when we are visiting. The food is spectacular and they always have the nicest servers! We sat facing the water and enjoyed watching the river action. In the evening, the lights reflect across the way and its a gorgeous view. We always have the prime rib for dinner, and both our meals were exceptional. They offer a great salad bar, and desert as well. I highly recommend stopping by to give them a try! Also, there is a movie promotion going on now that you pay an extra $2 on each meal, and get a free movie ticket. (Limited time) Please check this place out, you wont be disappointed!!
