Terrible staff and assistance… waited 45 minutes to get a sandwich. Pathetic. Not even an apology for the wait time… they’re lazy… not a solid business. Especially when you’re over paying at Publix for the same grocery items you can get somewhere else 👎🏽

Ordered a two tiered cake for my mom’s birthday but because we needed the cake to be whip cream (due to how sweet buttercream is) we were told they could not get the two tier because it is not a Publix design. What a stupid rule not considering dietary restrictions. We get the cakes and one is nice and moist the other a lot denser.

We love Samuel!!!! He makes the best subs. This is our second time ordering from him, and it was perfect. I love the deli team energy. Best deli team in Kissimmee.

This Publix has a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The store was very clean, and the items were easy to find throughout the store. Since I'm a vegan, I love all the vegan options available but also the variety of foods that are offered. The fresh cooked meals section has awesome selections as well.

Arrived at the store at 0730 the place is immaculate as always all the staff always great you with a smile and good morning the shelves were fully stocked everything I needed was available i was finished and out the door by 0800 my thanks to all the staff member you guys rock

This has been My Publix for 20years and I just Can't quite em! Love the cleanliness, the associates in the deli, especially Allen are The Best! It may cost a little more but for me it's worth it! Smooches 😘

The problem was with the pharmacy not the store it self. I ordered a prescription online . After a few day I got a call from my insurance about me wanting a prescription field. I told my insurance what I was trying to get field. My insurance company sent a new prescription in. I went back online order the new prescription. It didn't get field. The pharmacy didn't reach out to me. I had to call them to fix the problem they were having. I take blood thinners because I suffer from blood clots. I have been without my medication for a week now and still have to wait an extra day now to get my prescription.

I love this store. It's never too crowded, and the staff are super friendly. Their specialty cakes are always good quality, and the produce is almost always fresh. It's a little more expensive than Walmart, but definitely worth it, especially with the amount of buy one get one free deals.

This store was great. But in the area of Meal the quality has lowered. Since I have not got the breaded chicken for several days. Of any kind: no spicy wings, no mild wings, no pieces of 8 chicken breaded. I don't know what's up. Nobody gives me an explanation. And it looks like they don't make enough chicken orders. especially breaded. It’s sad.🥲
