Came in when it was pretty quiet with a couple of kids working and the only person at the register walked away and a girl came out from the back a couple of minutes later and literally threw a burrito together for me quickly and tossed the bag across the counter to me after i paid. It’s pretty upsetting every single time we have placed a mobile order, as we may not have the time to sit down, they give us significantly less food and it is not even correct. Today, the guacamole was brown, which is fine, but they just serving lunch. I got regular chicken instead of what I ordered which was cholula chicken. The other one was missing extra meat, two different meats were ordered only one was given, and no bean. They have huge tickets they print on the lids which makes me not understand how you could mess that up. I have noticed it has been the same girl each time that has messed up our orders.
