Lived in Provo a couple years and thought to finally leave a review. Food isn't quite like what it was like for me in California, but it's unfair to compare the two. So its pretty up there in terms of what you can get in Utah, and the service is straightforward and easy. Food came out in less than 10 minutes for me, which is always great to see. It has a nice atmosphere inside with nice ambient lighting. By far one of my favorites around downtown provo. Shut up! This place was so freaking good! GREAT service! The gals not only gave us GREAT recommendations, but came back to check and make sure we loved our food…AND WE DID! I really loved the atmosphere, the artwork, and the vibe here. Also, a huge shout out to the aesthetics of the food. The pink fish tacos are vibrant, colorful, and beautiful... When it came to flavors, however, I have to admit the fish tacos (as beautiful and rich in colors as they are) did not have the same impact in taste. That's not to say they weren't good, but they just didn't have the same "oomph!" You would have hoped or expected. In all honesty, the best thing we tried was the Elote. I want to say I will probably be back to try a few more things on the menu soon and give this place another chance... **UPDATE** Came back to try something else, and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. I understand the menu is catering more towards the " Mex-Americanized" standards and is trying to capture that audience, but after the visit I had today I probably won't be back unless it's for the elote, and only that. The presentation is on point, but the food is just bland and not exciting or flavorful at all. My co-workers and I went for lunch and they were not busy. The host answered our questions the best she could. We talked about how much we liked the atmosphere and artwork. The food came out fairly fast and so very hot literally right off the stove. Portions were decent size and my burrito de birria was so good. Thank you! Decided to check this out with it being newer. Was pleasently surprised. I appreciate the aesthetic of the place. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. Definitely plan to go back. Okay WHAT?! My husband and I got take out and really liked the food. Both street tacos were yummy, we liked the asada fries burrito BUT THE NACHOS?! The nachos were the star. We asked that the beans and cheese sauce be on the side since they had to travel and they were so kind to do it. The chips were honestly the best part, absolutely fresh and you can tell homemade. I recently visited Quiero Más Mexican Grill and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by everything about this place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home, and that feeling only grew as I experienced their amazing staff and delicious Mexican food. The staff at Quiero Más Mexican Grill were some of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and satisfied throughout my entire visit. They were always smiling, always helpful, and always willing to make recommendations for the best dishes and drinks. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely amazing! I ordered a few different dishes and everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The salsa was some of the best I've ever had, and the guacamole was the perfect balance of creamy and chunky. But what really blew me away were the tacos - they were bursting with flavor and cooked just right. But beyond the food and the staff, there was something special about the atmosphere at Quiero Más Mexican Grill. It felt like a place where everyone was welcome, where people could come together and share great food and great conversation. It was a truly emotive and deep experience that left a lasting impression on me. Overall, I would highly recommend Quiero Más Mexican Grill to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food and an unforgettable dining experience.
