This was our first time here as we live an hour away. Read good things about it on the Columbia foodies page so thought we would give it a try and are so glad we did! First, impeccable service. Second, the atmosphere is clean and fun. Warm enough today to sit outside, where soft bluesy jazz was playing. Finally, just mouthwatering delish. We had the Tubman which comes with pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket. 3 kinds of sauce, all fabulous. Choice of 3 sides from so many it was hard to pick. Just-right sweet tea, fresh, cold and not over or under sweet. The team checked on us 4 times. We just had a ball, ate our fill and brought enough home for supper tomorrow. So worth the drive! We were visiting family in Irmo from NYC. We were looking for a highly recommended BBQ place and so glad we were recommended to go here. Food was fantastic. The service was great and the cost was well within range. Parking is just a little tough unless you park on the street. It was a nice day so we ate outside and the gentlemen working inside brought out to food to us which was very nice. Highly recommend this place on all counts.
