Burger was dry . The shrimp was rubbery as hell. The crawfish very mushy. Service really sucked. They did not have enough staff to handle the job. Totally needs a new manager who knows how to handle staffing.

That's funny, I've never worked for y'all. I went to your establishment on a dinner date. It took about 20 minutes before any service was given, even though we were basically the only patrons there. There was a handful of people at the bar joking about with the staff, but that was all. We ordered appetizers, which didn't come out until we were done with our meal. Not only that, the appetizer was burned. We order crawfish, which were mushy and under cooked. We also ordered tacos for $2 Tuesday, and asked for onion and salantro, which we were charged $8 for both. My family and I have been going to said establishment for about three years, since it was the Crawfish Hut. But no more after the latest treatment and now accusation. I guess everyone who leaves a poor review must be ex employees or never been to your location. I have the receipt still, if you'd like to see it.

Place was dirty. Crawfish great size but nasty taste. Girl behind the bar rude as hell. And reading this reviews the fact that the “owner” answers the way he does is damn shameful. Fix the damn issues idiot. Instead of being rude on here too.

Doors were open so everything was full of dirt. Napkins, we’re flying everywhere because the wind.
The atmosphere was weird, women had been day drinking which is ok, but they’re were loud and cussing.
Service was bleh, she didnt let us sit where we wanted because it was easier to be at the bar,
Food: asked for mild it was spicy, asked for butter they had none, the crawfish was to powdery.
Edited: anyplace would be better.

Over heard management talking trash to an employee...who come to find out has austism. That was doing an incredible job! Obviously management/owners don't know how to run a successful business...good luck ✌️ ZERO STARS REALLY!!!
