Ordered a 3 Finger Combo and Lemonade w/ light ice and an extra cane sauce and Texas toast. My Cup was overfilled with ice and did not get my extra toast that I paid for. This might seem like a small things but it is these details that matter a lot to paying customers. I will no longer go to this location because I cannot trust my order will be made correctly. Love this place! I would have given 5 stars but didn’t because the food isn’t always hot. Sometimes it’s just luke warm. Also the portions of sides are significantly smaller when you order in the drive through. Some consistency would be nice in those areas. A very simple menu. Chicken finger sandwich, 4 piece meal and a 6 piece meal. Crinkle cut fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. The Cane sauce is excellent. Clean store and friendly employees. The chicken is really good. Cooked perfectly. Reasonable prices too. You will not be disappointed here. Placed an order for a curbside pick up at 2:20. It’s now 2:51 still waiting on my order. I had to call the restaurant and they had the nerve to ask if I clicked “I’ve arrived”. Then they say they’ll bring my food out now. But still take minutes later. So it sounds like it’s just been sitting there for some time now. They bring my food out and said sorry it got cold. This is the nearest cane’s to my parents house so I come here often. Unfortunately the last time we came, we felt like our chicken was a little undercook because the breading was light and the chicken was mushy.
