Me,my husband, my son and daughter in-law went through drive thru today at the Glasgow KY restaurant. The drive thru is like a robot talking to you anyways we ordered 2 popcorn chicken boxes, rally burger box, cheese sticks, and a bacon cheeseburger plain. Well lon menu it's wasn't called a bacon cheeseburger it was call a village burger. It was just like a bacon cheeseburger. They lady got smart when my daughter in law was ordering. Then when we got to the drive thru window to pay they manager assuming it was the manger had been there 10 yrs. They had a new girl at drive thru and the manager said we don't have a bacon cheese burger on the menu it's a village burger or something like that. She was a terrible rude person. I've worked fast food for several years and if I had anyone working for me and they got hateful with customers they would get written up and giving a warning. No one knows how bad she was talking to my daughter in law. That lady should be fired cause there was no reason what so ever for her to act like she did, believe me if I was working there and she or anyone else acted like that they would be fired on the spot. The only good thing out of the situation was that all the good was hit and fresh. Will I be going back there, we got there pretty often when we're in Glasgow, probably not. Ordered sourdough double melt. According to your website it is two patties with Swiss and American cheese with sautéed onions.
