Parking lot is full of beggers wandering around and the employees are disconnected and not at all welcoming. This place has gone down hill, even the 99¢ store is cleaner

Parking lot / Parking spaces are small. It is hard to get in and out of there. Product selection of the store is good

The store manager MANNY at this store should not be a manger in customer service. He is unhelpful, INTENTIONALLY, LAZY and Act as if you are bothering him when asking for his assistance. If I could give a half a star that would be what I'd give him. Ralph's has always pride themselves on service and friendliness and I received NONE OF THE ABOVE. I will not go back there for sure. Sales Manager "MANNY " If you do not like your job anymore, give it up so someone who wants the job can have it.

All I’m saying is the store manager (Alicia Hernandez ) don’t need to be cashiering with a attitude it’s not like I asked her to work there… R.I.P Customer Service.
