That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked Caesar salads, salmon and crab legs. Order good piña colada. It is good to try delicious juice. A number of people point out that the hostess is nice here. This restaurant scored 4.1 in the Google rating system.

We arrived on Valentine’s Day at 3:30, place was not busy….yet…hostess directed us to a table dropped off menus but dashed off as she “was just too busy”. Waited a bit for waitress. Ordered shrimp meals which were pretty good, though on the salty side. We each chose a side of Broccoli which was horrendously salty. We were not familiar with the bill pay machine on the table, tried several times to figure out how to pay, no one came to help. Finally figured it out by pressing a very small “table4” in the lower corner, I think. Haven’t been to Red Lobster in over 4 years, probably won’t be back anytime soon. Took an hr to get our food. It was busy but I ordered the all you can eat shrimp. When I placed my second order it took a long time for that too. I felt like the waitress was taking her time putting in my order. My friends food took just as long. At the end of our dining experience I asked the waitress why it took so long, she replied I don't know. The food was hot so I know it wasn't just sitting in the back. I will never go back to Woodbury Red lobster again Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Let me start by saying that I usually rate 1 star when the food does not meet what I expect. Have in mind this is my personal liking and everyone is different. Why 3 stars, because of the customer service. Waitress was very nice but the General manager on duty was exceptional. Never seen another red lobster manager come to our table and check up on their guest. This manager was on top of everyone and overseen tables . Amazing smile that brought our issues with our food to an understanding . I usually come here for my birthday or mother's day . But today it crossed my mind to rate it . Below I attached some of the food we ate and some things that weren't great at all . My mother ordered the crab fest and crispy garlic potatoes . It came with burnt potatoes . I ordered the endless shrimp. It was good but the linguini was overcooked and the rice was undercooked very hard little pieces of rice . Food is usually great here. Still this is a franchise and every red lobsters has different cooks with different seasonings to their cooking . Let us just enjoy the quality time with the family . I will still come here. Food was good but a little too salty for my liking. The service though was disappointing. We didn’t have any utensils or plates set up and had to ask. We just waited for a really long time to get served so lots of things we needed or wanted didn’t happen.

Location is very easy to get to and easily accessible. We were greeted right away as we walked and there was no wait. Our server was so nice, patient and very helpful. We really liked her. The food was absolutely superb. Every bite was better than the previous. I mean it's Ree Lobster, they know how to do seafood. The presentation was fantastic (check out the photos). The problem (or issue) we had was you're expected to pay via a tablet that is left on the table from start to finish. Why are we not able to pay through our server? If you expect us to do your work, are you going to give us an employee discount? Get rid of the tablet and give the service you are renowned for. I hope this helps. Cheers. We have not been to Red Lobster for quite some time, but decided to stop in with my son after his football practice because he wanted to try a new type of food. He ended up ordering the popcorn shrimp and thought it was pretty good (definitely the best way to ease him into trying seafood lol). I had the Salmon New Orleans which was a lot better than I expected, I definitely recommend trying it. Overall, the experience was good. However, the service was extremely slow, even though it wasn't that busy. Also, the biscuits came out kind of cold and not as flavorful as I remember them to be.
