I have been a long-time fan of Red Lobster. This Lewiston location, I am NOT a a fan. We ate at 3 pm on a Wednesday. We sat quickly as there were only 2 other tables with people. We got water with a fly in it. Clam chowder was a soup. Not chowder. Also lacking flavor, mostly looked like milky water with greasy stuff floating on top. We did order an appetizer that came out many minutes after our actual meal, so we took it to go. Ultimately, we tossed the lobster pizza because it was not edible. My meal came with a salad. I ended up taking one bite, finding brown slimey lettuce and huge hard chunks of the inner part of the lettuce. We waited for fresh biscuits, which were gummy due to being undercooked. My husband's meal of fried food was mostly edible. Considering I ordered clam chowder, salad, and biscuits for my lunch, and it was mostly inedible, I'd say the two star is relevant. Our waitress was kind. I didn't ask for a discount and tipped based on service, not the food. She did give us 10% off our bill without prompting. But 50 bucks for lunch that was mostly inedible is a joke. Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Service is very slow. Should not have taken more than 30 minutes just to get our order taken. Especially since there were only 2 other tables. No busy at all. Had to leave before my food came out due to having an appointment. I will never go back. If you go, expect a long visit. My family and I had an awesome waiter! He had a great attitude and checked on us often to make sure that we had what we needed! They were extremely fast and friendly! They also have crayons and pictures to color for kids and even computer games to play on the tables while u wait! We will definitely be goin back!! We had a great experience at this location. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious! We want to give a huge thank you to our server Maddix! She was absolutely amazing! She was quick and very polite!. We don't often go out to more expensive places but we are so glad we chose to eat here! Best servers around! They had a valentines day rush and did AMAZING everything was hot and tasted great. LOTS OF FOOD definitely worth the price. It took them awhile because of how busy they were but the amount of food they gave me and how good it was, it was Definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend. GET THE BACON MAC N CHEESE!! Lena our server is absolutely amazing! She’s just a great server, has awesome vibes and is so good at her job. Such a fun person to be around. The food was amazing too! A couple years ago I felt as if Red Lobster went downhill regarding food quality but especially the wait staff and customer service. Experienced long wait times, got incredibly small portions for large costs, and servers who knew nothing about the menu. I decided to take a break for awhile after multiple bad experiences. Within the last six months I’ve now been to this establishment about 5 times ( thinking maybe they’ve had enough time to make improvements and make a comeback from the Covid impacts). They have completely redeemed themselves in my opinion! Now I can’t stay away!! Food has been amazing and well worth the money, portions are worthwhile, inside is a comfy atmosphere (I love the low lighting), and the staff seems like they’ve done a complete 180. But I want to give a special mention to our server we had on our most recent visit, Jacquelin! She was very prompt, had great conversation, she was very patient and attentive to her other tables, and I love seeing that she had visible piercings as well. As someone who has visible tattoos & piercings both, places that allow their employees to express themselves are places I like to support. While I’ve had decent experiences with our prior servers, Jacquelin stands out far above the others with her welcoming presence and outstanding customer service. While having small talk with Jacquelin she mentioned her gratitude for her manager. Specifically having her employees back when it comes to impolite/dishonest customers, so shoutout to the manager as well for being awesome! So sorry I can’t remember her name, but I know firsthand that having a great support system from upper management makes a world of a difference on your employees (ESPECIALLY in food service) and being so great that your employees are boasting about you to customers is a great indicator they are doing something right. So two thumbs up red lobster!! Food was great service was awesome. We had Jaclyn and she was training a new person that night I can see why you choose her to train she is very good at what she does. She made us felt welcomed from the time she greeted us until we left. We will be back and hopefully she is working that night because we will ask for her again. Kasey our waitress worked so hard and was awesome 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟employee was smiling even though the machine you pay with was not working properly. She tried her best. The food was over the top, hot, fresh and yummy. The restaurant was clean and a nice to eat and fellowship after going to a movie nearby. Can say I go there at least once per my study semester. Since there are no seafood all you can eat or buffet around that area. I think Red Lobster in Lewiston is the best choice in term of taste and look. Their food is authentic, and the lobster looks incredible. The hardest choice is to choose which one to eat since all food on the menu look delicious. In the end, we still have to choose one or two. It is what it is. I remember one time my friend got a salty steak. Thank our server that when we complain that the meat is salty than usual, then he goes ask the chef to make a new one and change for us, even though my friend eats almost 30% of it. Sometimes the staff tries to make it a fun environment to go so we can feel happy while enjoy eating. That is the good point, and we might be happy to give more tip to them too I think. I don’t know it is up to you guys; I really appreciate you reading I hope it was helpful. Hopefully, I was able to draw the picture of what is this place look like.
