Today, Was at the Woodbridge center mall with my wife and kids. We came to this Red Robin for a quick lunch. Don’t remember the service person name but a big shoutout to him. The service was super friendly and accurate. We got some Checiken bonelesss bites, veg burgers, fries, onion rings and lemonade & apple juice for drinks. All are good. The ambience is so soo good. This is a great place to stop at after or while roaming the mall. The service was great. We were seated and the waiter was very attentive and kept asking if we needed anything else. I had an issue at another restaurant so reached out to Red Robin to see if they could accommodate 12 people. The person who answered was very polite and professional and advised it would not be a problem. I arrived at the restaurant and was told my table was being prepared. I had a group of hungry children and adults so I was pleased to be so well received especially after the experience at the restaurant we had just left. As soon as we were seated our server came out and took the multiple drink and appetizers requests. The service from start to finish was excellent. The kids were entertained by the tabletop game systems while adults enjoyed conversations among themselves. This was the perfect ending to a day that started out as a celebration for my sons birthday. I am a USAF veteran on disability. A couple months ago, I took my buddy out for lunch to treat him for helping me. It was my first time at Red Robin. I was kinda excited about the place. I paid 15 dollars for a small hamburger. It did not even come with coleslaw on the side. I was very disappointed. We were too polite to mention it to the waitress. But, judging by the look on her face when she brought the food to our table, she could tell immediately that we were not that excited to see it. I told him next time we should just eat at Burger King. Bigger tastier burgers, half the price. I left your restaurant still hungry! Wow! Shame on you, Red Robin!
