I have already submitted something online to Red Robin. . . I got a tracking # of #01854116 for my case but still no response on the horrible service we got when we were in for lunch. Love Red Robin. Goooooood food. Love there burgers and onion rings. Staff helpful, kind, respectful. Always clean tables. And never a long wait. Atmosphere inviting and clean. Prices are reasonable. Only reason not a 1 star is because the waitress was fantastic. The last 2 times we have been there the food has been absolutely terrible. Once okay but 2x nope. We will not be back after this time. We spent 115 for 4 adults and 1 child and I feel like a burger from Burger King would of tasted better. They are now doing burgers smashed on the grill, which loose all flavor and what is the point of ordering a burger medium when it comes out burnt and when someone orders a chicken wrap and the chicken qas ice cold .... yeah we don't mind paying for good food, unfortunately your food is not worth it anymore. The one bright light was our waitress, she was amazing and on top of everything. Never even had to ask for anything, because she was on it, even with it being a busy Saturday lunch rush. Wedgie burger was good. Coleslaw was spicy hot, didn't expect it. Tasted like horseradish. I don't mind horseradish, just wasn't expecting it when I ordered. Ate there on February 6th . Ordered a cheese burger that came out paper thin and was actually crunchy. Burger was a lot smaller than I've had there before. McDonald's quarter pounder is much larger than this was. We eat here quite often and this was the worst. Bar tender was our waiter and was very good. Will try one more time before we quite it for good. You can do much better I hope.

Been here several times, friendly professional staff, food is always good and reasonably priced. On this particular Night it seemed they were slightly understaffed and hosting a school event of some sort but everything went smooth and fast! We sat on the bar side and Cierra is always awesome. The Hostess was not very nice, we were standing there (she was right in front of us) and she didn't even acknowledge us so we sat ourselves in the bar. Now... the Bartender ws FABULOUS! Very engaging, funny, and took great care of us! I so wish I could remember his name! He needed to step away for a minute and let us know. Our drinks were filled without asking or having to wait. Was waited on by LA Dave and had a amazing experience. Red Robin has found a gem with this gentleman. Extremely courteous, Intelligent, and attentive to every customers needs.
