Wanted to update my review because I found out the name of the very rude man I had an interaction with. His name was Anthony. Looking at other reviews I feel relieved I'm not the only person who had a troubling experience with this man. It was my first time at this coffee shop and I asked where my bagel was since I had noticed that people behind me were already getting their orders (I did not even mention this part because I didn’t want to sound petty, I was generally curious!!) and he started showing attitude for no reason when being asked this simple question. Then when he brought out my bagel it had egg in it when I specifically just asked for cream cheese which is fine because mistakes happen, however, when my friend went up to Anthony and let him know he snapped at her in front of everyone and told her to “talk to the other guy because it’s not his problem”. There is a way to talk and treat customers and this is definitely not it. Overall a really bad experience and such a bad vibe. I wanted to like it since I live so close and go to school nearby but I would rather just take the 5 minute drive and go to Pete’s Coffee. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their coffee tastes great, and the shop has a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of tables inside and outside. It's not too loud, like some coffee shops can be. I'd be here more if I lived closer! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
