The food was standard, really bad service they do not speak english and when you try talk to them they ignore you and go on to the next costumer 2 out of 8 burgers were ordered with ekstra salad and dressing however those 2 had the least amount of salad and dressing in them But the worst of it all is costumer service when a paying costumer tries to speak with you you don't just ignore them because they don't speak your language you try to communicate in whatever way possible

The only McDonalds where they don't allow you in with a small dog in a bag. Incredibly rude service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff were nice and helpful. When they realized I didn't speak Polish the cashier tried her best to help me in English. Bathrooms were clean and service was quick even though they were busy. They have new automated ordering systems which, unfortunately ours did not save our order so added a little more stress to the cashier, but it's probably just a few bugs that need to be worked out as in all new systems. Thank you for the great service!

The best McDonald's in Poznań. Be sure to visit it when you are around or you are on your way out of town. You can Also bring your kids your, party of friends, colleges or family members. Has an outside sitting that os awesome when the weather is friendly. The staff are friendly and kind

Disrespectful staff. Mentioning specially the lady bringing the food to the table. Brown hair and pony tail. Still a long way to go to learn what customer service is supposed to be :). Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

10 / 10 recommend the classic, deliciously unhealthy menu and really nice staff make eating my weight in chicken nuggets so much more enjoyable.

They wrote its open 24h, but its not true.
