Stopped here for takeout on long drive from Fresno to Sebastopol. Last time I drove through Los Banos this place was packed and hopping which made me think they must be pretty popular. We couldn't stop at that time so I decided to check them out this time. It was mid afternoon. Arou d 230pm and only a few customers but I could tell by the interior decor it must attract a fairly hip and younger croud. They were super fast and friendly. It took 5 minutes, just as they told me it would. Plus, they were super thoughtful to bring my food out to me since I was walking my dog out front. I ordered a cheese enchilada with rice and beans and asked for guac and hot sauce. The rice and beans were excellent, as well as the two hot sauces they gave me. These core parts of Mexican are really a make or break for me and this place knows what they are doing. Very good! One of the hot sauces was heated up and the other cold - both flavorful and the smith ki d with out cilantro or chunks. The cheese enchilada was heavy but the red enchalada sauce was yummy.
