Amazing place! Delicious food and great range of cuisine. The presentation of the dish was outstanding, hot and sort of straight out of the oven, that was something I did not expect but only raised my curiosity and satisfaction. We also got dessert which was amazing as well! Don’t understand the people who complain about portions do not cost the price (also drinks), it is much more expensive in Oslo both for food and drinks, and sometimes you get even less. And portions were huge, I didn’t even manage to finish it all because I was so full, but it was worth it anyway. Will definitely be back next time we are in Sogndal again! Nice restaurant with a classy and stylish decor. The Chinese dishes on the menu are delicious, and presented beautifully. Portions are quite large (and can be taken home), but overall the costs are a bit high. Menus are available in Norwegian or English upon request. Perfect food and portion size. Lovely bossanova music to enjoy a great view to the mountains. Dessert is a must unless you are on diet. There are many sushi options as well as Chinese food. Great service and the food is customizable if you don't like one of the ingredients. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Amazing Sushi! Many thanks to the Malin team. The tuna was exciting! I know, it depends on the stuff you get delivered. The todays one was unbelievable.

The concept of having a Chinese restaurant, a steak restaurant and a sushi restaurant in the same place sounds a little scary as you could imagine not everything being at the same level. But the standard war surprisingly high. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Our orders came out very quickly. We were four people and ordered from the steak and the Chinese Meny and had good food. The portions were very large and actually none of us could finish. The waiter suggested not ordering from the sushi menu that particular evening as there was lots of order and the kitchen was a little backed up. We enjoyed the evening. They have seating outside and inside.

I ordered reindeer fillet and it was terrible. The red vine sauce was broken and too thin which destroyed the whole dish. Everything that has touched the red vine sauce had a terrible taste. Even the fillet wasn’t good. It just tasted bland. At least it wasn’t destroyed by the red vine. The only good thing was the mushrooms which tasted fine. My sister had ordered ribs which were awful. It was destroyed by the sauce on top which were way too sweet. Not only that, the ribs weren’t even cooked that well. It tasted bland too. Even the fillet had more taste! The only good thing about this whole experience was the french fries that came with the ribs. And they weren’t even salted properly. And don’t even get me started on the pricing. The price is way too high. If the food tasted like it looked, the price would have been fine. Maybe even too cheap. But no. The food was terrible So that is why you get one star. And that is, in my opinion, way too kind.

Worst quality food at their buffet I have ever tasted! They didn't take the older food out even if the chicken was dry as a boot, prawns soggy and tasted faul, the mini burgers were hard as rock, the rice on the sushi had dried up. Here's a tip from the rest of the world. Take out the older food before you bring in the fresh. If there is anything fresh.

They serve from steaks to sushi, from authentic Chinese to Italian pasta. Basically anything you would like to eat, they would have it on their 12 page menu. Tried Chinese food on the list and the taste was amazing. Not so good sushi though, could be better but I have had worse. Service was attentive and location is in the middle of the town so really easy to find. Wish the menu was more simple, more attention to quality than quantity
