Ristorante Primo in Spotorno is a cozy, beautiful place with an amazing kitchen. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with unique vegetarian and vegan options that have since been replaced by a classic fish-based menu. The service is exceptional and the staff are passionate about what they do. The wine list is short but includes a good selection of red wines from Liguria. The food is good but not outstanding and can be a bit salty. The traditional Ligurian dishes are not always true to the original recipes. Overall, the experience is pleasant and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
