Ristorante Ramo Verde is a wonderful restaurant located in Cuorgnè. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a classic and elegant decor. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the owner is a sommelier who can provide excellent advice on the finest wines to pair with each dish. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Piemontese dishes, including delicious antipasti, homemade pastas, and succulent meats. We had the pleasure of trying the misto di antipasti, which included a fine veal tartare, an excellent veal tonnato, and a tasty tongue in sauce. The risotto all'erbaluce and the tagliatelle ai funghi porcini were also delicious. For dessert we sampled the homemade tiramisù, which was light and fluffy and topped with chocolate shavings. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is outstanding. We highly recommend Ristorante Ramo Verde for a memorable dining experience.
